We will have time for both sailing and land activities, such as hiking and exploring, or just relaxing.
Bring your book, your paints, your musical instrument, your camera.
Our adventure will begin on Sunday August 7 in Rockland, Maine.
We will plan to sail to historic Monhegan Island for some hiking, observe local artists, and absorb island life. Along our route could be a stop at the famous Seguin Island Light.
From Monhegan, we will sail to fishing port Vinalhaven, with a stop along the way at Brimstone Island, where we will go ashore and collect a few beautiful brimstones for gifts and souvenirs.
We will visit pristine Duck Harbor on Isle a Haut , where more hiking is available.
From there we will sail to the island community of North Haven, where crafters, artists, and lobsterman mingle.
