Leg 1. ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA TO BEAUFORT, NC. INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY, AND OFFSHORE PASSAGES Approx. 1 week. $750.00+ AIRFARE FLEXIBLE TICKET REQUIRED Dates: approximately April 5th…………… on board food included
Leg 2. New York City-Portland, Maine Board in New York City and view The Statue of Liberty from the Hudson River, cruise up the East River, thru Hell ’s Gate. sail Long Island Sound, visit Block Island, Cuttyhunk, Ma, and Quisset, Ma. Transit the Cape Cod Canal, visit Isle of Shoals, NH, and on to Portland. Dates: Approx. 10 days in Late April. There will be opportunities to depart the boat early if needed. We have to remember that all time frames and ports are subject to weather and safety conditions. $900.00+airfare (flexible ticket required) incl. food on board.
Passagemaking seminars: cruise planning, boat preparation, provisioning, weather, weather fax, SSB radio, chart reading, course plotting, GPS, Radar, docking, Standing watches, safety at sea.
Requirements: Must have some sailing experience, and general physical fitness. Time frames must be flexible.
